WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
We accept all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
HOW AND WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
If your order is placed before 12 PM during our business days, your order will be shipped the same day. If not, if will be shipped the next available business day.
All orders are sent via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation (if you are in need of something faster please call). Upon shipment you will receive an email with the tracking number.
HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER ARRIVES?
Orders shipped within the continental United States will take anywhere from three to five business days. If your order is being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico please add an extra day or two for delivery.
International orders will depend heavily on the customs of the corresponding country but typically orders will take 10 - 15 business days.
DO YOU OFFER A PRICE BREAK FOR LARGER ORDERS?
Yes, we do offer a price break for larger orders as well as special event and conference pricing. Please call or email us to discuss options and for more information.

HOW BIG IS NEW HOPE?
New Hope is a small business and has been since it was started. Every order is a blessing in more ways than you know!
HOW IS THE OIL MADE?
New Hope oil has an olive oil base biblically blended with frankincense and myrrh. Our oil was created by Don with a God given and inspired formula.
DOES THE OIL GO RANCID?
No, the oil will not go rancid. The best way to store the oil is in a cool dark place with the lid tightened when not in use.
